Welcome to Familia! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Familia app ("App") provided by Structure Innovation Sweden AB ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using the App.
• Using the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt any parts of the App, the server on which the App is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the App.
• Using any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the App for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the App.
